Dough Ingredients
250 grams of flour, 125 grams of water, 2.5 grams of yeast, 5 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt.
Shortening
100g flour, about 45g oil.
Filling
60g of black sesame, 60g of sugar, about 40g of oil
Sugar water on the surface

Practice
1. Mix the dough ingredients well and ferment until double in size.
2. Mix the shortening ingredients well and set aside.
3. Wrap the fermented dough around the shortening.
4. Wrap the dough well.
5. Then roll out into a rectangle.
6. Fold the sides to the center.
7. Roll into a rectangle again.
8. Then roll from one side
9. Once rolled, pinch tightly to stretch the dough.
10. Divide into 10 portions.
11. Mix the ingredients in the filling well.
12. Take a small dosage and press it flat directly with the pinch.
13. Then roll it long and round and wrap it in the filling.
14.Close the mouth.
15.Roll it out again and make it thinner.
16. Brush the surface with sugar water.
17.Dust with sesame seeds.
18. Put it into a baking dish and let it ferment for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees and bake it until it reaches the top color. About 25 minutes or so.
