How to cook hot kohlrabi as follows:
1. One kohlrabi.
2. Peel off the leaves of the kohlrabi and wash them with clean water.
3. Do not cut the leaves with a knife, but tear them into small pieces with your hands, which is more delicious. The hard stems should be discarded because they are not easy to soften when fried and the taste is not good.
4. Add oil to the pot, add green onion, chili pepper and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant and the pepper turns black and red.
5. As soon as the pepper changes color, turn up the heat, throw the torn kohlrabi into the pot, and stir-fry over high heat.
