Add hot water and milk into the pre-mixed powder of Baked Zhiyou Ice-coated Moon Cake and stir it evenly. You can use an eggbeater to stir it.
Add vegetable oil to step 2 and rub it by hand until smooth and delicate. Refrigerate in the refrigerator (-2 refers to -4℃) and take it out after 30 minutes.
Divide into skin and stuffing 1: 1 weight, pack whatever stuffing you like, and press it with a moon cake mold.
