A, gas boiler burner ignition match ignition.

The reasons may be: there is carbon residue and oil pollution in the gap between ignition matches; Ignition matches are broken, wet and leaking; The distance between lighted matches is wrong, too long or too short; The insulation sheath of the ignition match is damaged and short-circuited to the ground; Failure of ignition cable and transformer: the cable is broken and the connector is damaged, resulting in short circuit during ignition; Transformer is disconnected or has other faults.

Treatment measures include: cleaning, replacement, distance adjustment, line replacement and transformer replacement.

Second, the gas boiler ignition matches have sparks but do not catch fire.

The reasons may be: the ventilation gap of cyclone disk is blocked by carbon deposit, and the ventilation is poor; Dirty, clogged or worn nozzle; Throttle setting angle is too small; The distance between the tip of the ignition match and the front edge of the nozzle is inappropriate (too protruding or shrinking); The solenoid valve of the first oil gun is blocked by sundries (small oil gun); The oil is too viscous to flow, or the filter system is blocked or the oil valve is not opened, which makes the oil pump absorb less oil and the oil pressure is low; The filter screen of the oil pump itself is blocked; There is more water in the oil (abnormal boiling sound in the heater).

The treatment measures are: cleaning; Clean it first, if it doesn't work, replace it with a new one; Scale-down test; Adjust the distance (preferably 3 ~ 4 mm); Remove and clean (clean parts with diesel oil); Check the pipeline, oil filter and heat preservation equipment; Remove the peripheral screws of the oil pump, carefully remove the outer cover, take out the oil net inside and dip it in diesel oil; Try changing the oil.

Three, the gas boiler small fire is normal, unable to put out the fire or flicker instability.

The reasons may be: the air volume of the fire damper is set too high; The microswitch of the oil valve (the outermost group of air doors) in the fire is improperly set (set to be greater than the air volume of the air doors in the fire); Oil viscosity is too high to be atomized (heavy oil); The spacing between the cyclone disk and the nozzle is not suitable; Worn or dirty burner; The heating temperature of the reserve oil tank is too high, which causes the steam to make the oil pump unable to transport oil smoothly; Oil in oil-fired boilers contains water.

The treatment measures are: gradually reduce the test; Increase the heating temperature; Adjust the distance (between 0~ 10mm); Cleaning or replacement; Set it to about 50℃; Change oil or drain water.

Fourthly, the noise of gas boiler burner increases.

The reasons may be: the cut-off valve in the oil circuit is closed or the oil intake is insufficient, and the oil filter is blocked; Low oil inlet temperature, high viscosity or high pump oil inlet temperature; Oil pump is out of order; Fan motor bearing is damaged; The fan impeller is too dirty.

The treatment method is: check whether the valve in the oil circuit is open, whether the oil filter works normally, and clean the filter screen of the pump itself; Oil heats or lowers the oil temperature; Replace the oil pump; Replace the motor or bearing; Clean the fan impeller.
