Ingredients: 700g of bean sprouts, 50g of sliced meat, and 0/50g of vermicelli/kloc.
Accessories: chopped green onion 25g, minced garlic 15g, proper amount of peanut oil, cooking wine 1 tsp, soy sauce 2 tsp, spiced powder 1/4 tsp, refined salt 1 tsp, chicken essence 1/2 tsp.

1. Wash bean sprouts selectively.
2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water, then soak it in a hot pot for 5 minutes, and then take it out.
3. Put the cooked vermicelli into the dish.
