Jiannanchun is a traditional famous wine in China. Mianzhu was named "Jiannanchun" because it belonged to Jiannandao in Tang Dynasty.
The origin of Jiannanchun is Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, which is located in the golden section of brewing at 30 degrees north latitude. There is no severe cold in winter, no heat in summer and plenty of sunshine. This landscape and climate formed Mianzhu's deep soil layer, fertile soil, high soil organic matter, and slightly acidic soil accounting for 68.07%, which provided Jiannanchun with a wine-making environment.
