Production process:
Cut 300g pork into pieces and add two spoonfuls of soy sauce;
Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of starch, and marinate for 10 minute;
Cut pepper into hob shapes, boil water in the pot, pour pepper and stir-fry for five minutes;
Heat oil in a pot, pour pork and stir-fry until 70% cooked;
Add eight ginger and garlic and stir-fry until the pork is cooked;
Add pepper and stir well. Finally, add a proper amount of salt and a spoonful of soy sauce and stir well. Put the pot away.
