Steps
1. Purple cabbage, I used half.
2. Wash the purple cabbage, cut it into thin julienne strips and then spread it out and soak it in water to clean it.
3. Cool pan and cool oil, into the pepper grains stirred over low heat flavor, skimming the pepper grains with a spatula.
4. Add chopped green onion and sauté.
5. Stir fry the purple cabbage over medium-low heat.
6. Season the cabbage with salt when it changes color. Continue to stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
7. Drizzle with vinegar before serving, toss to coat, and plate.
