The Steps of How to Prepare Vegetarian Buns Stuffed with Red Radish
1. Mix yeast and flour with lukewarm water and let it rise until you see holes when cutting through the dough, and the kneaded surface looks like it's filled with air.
2. While the dough is resting (about half an hour), prepare the filling. Shred the daikon radish.
3. Pinch the radish to remove the water, and cut some garlic cloves for flavor.
