1: Click the right mouse button on the picture, and there will be an option to save the picture as, just save it locally.

2. No matter what browser, just use the function of "Save Web page as". Take IE browser as an example, please see the detailed steps:

1. Click "File" in the toolbar-Save as. Ps: If you use another browser and don't know where it is, you can use ctrl+s to save it directly.

2: Click the Save button in the saved webpage window that opens, and it will be ok by default!

3: Find the folder where the webpage is saved, and you can view the saved webpage (pictures in the webpage).
