Prepare ingredients:
500g hairtail, 2 slices of fragrant leaves, star anise 1 slice, 5 slices of garlic, 2 green onions, ginger 1 slice, appropriate amount of pepper, soy sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, balsamic vinegar 1 spoon, and a few drops of cooking wine.
Production method:
1. Take the hairtail out of the refrigerator and thaw it. After thawing, clean and drain.
2. Cut the hairtail into sections about 5cm long, then cut a flower knife on both sides of the hairtail, add a little salt and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for about 10 minute to 15 minute. Flower knives are convenient for hairtail tasting.
3. Wash the prepared seasoning ingredients separately, slice ginger, cut onion into small pieces, and peel garlic.
4. Light the gas stove. After the pot is hot, pour in proper amount of cooking oil, add onion, garlic, pepper, star anise and fragrant leaves and stir-fry slowly.
5. Stir-fry the spices to give off fragrance.
6. Add the marinated hairtail section and fry it slowly.
7. Fry until the surface is golden, then turn it over with chopsticks and fry the other side until both sides are golden.
8. Add hot water, the amount of which is not around 1cm. After boiling, add soy sauce, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, cover the pot and simmer.
9. Cook until the soup thickens and take it out of the pot. In the process of cooking, turn the hairtail once to facilitate the taste.
Tips:
1, keep the fire low in the process of frying spices and hairtail to prevent frying.
2. Adjust the dosage of salt, soy sauce and soy sauce according to your own taste.
