How to stew mutton
Wash the mutton and cut it into small pieces; Put the pot in cold water, boil it, skim off the floating foam, take it out and rinse it. Put the mutton in a pressure cooker, add onion, pepper, aniseed and a little salt, then inject some water, cover it and start stewing. After about twenty-five minutes, the mutton stew is ready. Sprinkle coriander powder and add a little monosodium glutamate to taste. Stewed mutton can be accompanied by white radish or carrot.
