I chose spicy sausage for this dish, which is dark in color. I originally wanted to buy bacon, but I was afraid that I could not finish it all at once. You can choose the variety of sausage according to your taste or choose bacon or pork belly as the material.
I didn't put a drop of oil, the sausage was very rich in oil, and the stewed potatoes were all oily, so there was no shortage of oil at all.
If you don't like spicy food, you don't need bean paste and soybean paste, just use soy sauce and oil consumption to flavor it, and it will be delicious.
This kind of potato chips is very tough in taste, and it is not fragile when fried, but most of the time, I still stir fry in the form of gently shaking the pot, without stirring it with a shovel.
