Composition:
Potatoes (two), corn starch, black pepper, milk powder.
No milk! Milk will dilute ten bean paste and will not form.
Practice steps:
1. Slice potatoes, steam them in a pot and press them into mashed potatoes.
2. Add corn starch and black pepper, add a tablespoon of milk powder and knead into potato dough. The amount of starch is based on the dough.
Less starch will give you the graininess of potatoes, and more starch will give you a strong dough feeling.
The amount of milk powder can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
3. Knead the potato dough into the size of a mahjong block, press the pattern on the surface with a fork, and fry it in oil until the surface is golden!
