marinated pork to do
Materials: skinned pork (I didn't get skinned, so I had to use skinless.) Sweet noodle sauce, high degree of white wine, mash, ginger, pepper, sugar, salt. (This is my favorite flavor, you can also add other seasonings according to their own preferences)

Specific ratio: 1000 grams of pork, 150 grams of sweet flour sauce, 20 grams of salt, 50 grams of mash. Other seasonings can be added at your discretion according to your taste.

The first step is to split the pork into 2-inch strips.

The second step is to put the cut pork into a container, pour in the right amount of high white wine, wrap it around the pork, turn it up and down a few times, and let it sit for a while.

The third step, to the meat into the mash, mix well, continue to rest for a while.

Step 4: While it's resting, mince the ginger and crush the peppercorns

Step 5: Add the salt, sweet noodle paste, sugar, ginger, and peppercorns to the pork, and cover with a lid to keep it covered with the seasonings by turning the pork.

Step 6: Turn the marinated pork once a day.

Step 7: After seven, hang each strip of meat on a string through a hole to dry outside. After a few days, dry to your preferred dryness and humidity and then seal the package and freeze it inside the refrigerator to keep it.

Step 8, when you eat, boil the meat in water that does not exceed the meat, cook for 30 minutes in a small fire, and then slice it to enjoy it the way you like.
