20g Radix Adenophorae, 20g Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 20g Radix Astragali, 20g Radix Codonopsis, 20g Rhizoma Dioscoreae, 20g Bulbus Lilii, Jujube 10g, Lycium barbarum 10g, and 2 slices of ginger (because you don't like the strong medicinal flavor, the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine is small, so you can double the ones who like the medicinal flavor).
Exercise:
1, eviscerate black-bone chicken, remove head and tail, and wash.
