Fried eggs with green peppers are simple and delicious. The trick is to fry onions with oil, and scrambled egg cakes with onion oil are more fragrant!
Composition:
Three eggs, three peppers, salt and onions.
Exercise:
1. Beat the eggs, add a little salt and mix well.
2. Stir-fry shallots in hot oil in the pot, and then remove the shallots without leaving the bottom oil.
3. Pour in the egg liquid and fry slowly until the surface is slightly solidified. Turn over and fry for another minute or two before you go out!
