Steps
1. Prepare lactone tofu, preserved eggs, red pepper, shallots and garlic.
2. Cut the green onions into finely chopped pieces.
3. Chop the garlic and place it in a small bowl, then pour in light soy sauce, chili oil, and balsamic vinegar and mix with the sauce.
4. Take out the Japanese tofu and put it on a plate. Use a knife to cut the sauced tofu into small pieces. Peel the preserved egg and cut it into four pieces and place it on top of the tofu. Cut the red pepper into rings and arrange them on the plate.
5. Arrange the green onions on the edge of the plate, then pour the seasoning on top of the tofu and preserved eggs, and mix well before eating.
