Try making taro chicken in red oil-
1. It is planned to peel, shred ginger, cut green onions and red peppers into sections, and wash and drain the chicken.
2. Wash the taro, put it in a pot, boil it for about 20 minutes, peel it, and cut it into large pieces with a hob.
3. Add enough oil to the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper to the wok, and then add red oil to stir-fry the fragrance.
4. Stir-fry the chicken in the pot, drain the water, and stir-fry the taro evenly.
The bean paste itself is salty, and soy sauce is added. You can see if you need salt at your discretion.
5. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, add a little sugar to refresh, stir fry evenly, and stew together for about 20 minutes.
Stir-fry the pepper evenly, and the taro can be cooked when it is soft.
