Can astragalus, wolfberry, red dates and quail eggs be soaked in water together to drink?
Astragalus, Lycium barbarum and Zizyphus jujuba are not antagonistic to each other, and their effects can complement each other. They have good functions of benefiting qi, nourishing yin and enriching blood, and they can be soaked in water together, but quail eggs are different. If they are raw quail eggs, they belong to fishy smell and cannot be used with Chinese medicine. If they are cooked quail eggs, it is not meaningful to soak them.
