Transparent aquariums made of glass or plexiglass are most suitable for raising animals to watch.

You can put some algae plants or other green aquatic plants in the water. It is best to have a sinking wood and a ceramic pot (I put a rectangular small ceramic flowerpot) as a hiding place for crayfish, and crayfish also like to eat aquatic plants.

Always pay attention to water quality. If it is a bare cylinder, the ceramic cylinder must be put away. Generally, water should be changed 1 time in spring and autumn when the weather is cool, every 7 ~ 10 days in cold winter and every 1 ~ 2 days in hot summer. I am a 3-week 1.8-meter straw can.

The water temperature can survive between 5-32 degrees, and 23-26 degrees is more suitable.

There are various diets: shrimp food (or fish food that sinks to the bottom, I use spotted fish food), aquatic plants, small fish, red worms and river shrimps. When feeding with the above-mentioned live food, except for red blood worm, small fish and river shrimp should be strangled before feeding, otherwise crayfish can't be caught.
