First, thaw the fish pieces, change the knife to grow into cubes or squares, mix the fish pieces with 1 tablespoon of boiled juice, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, a little pepper noodles and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine to make marinade, and marinate the fish pieces for about 15 minutes;
2. In another bowl, add 1 tbsp baking juice and 1 tbsp honey and stir well;
3. Coat vegetable oil or salad oil on a non-stick baking pan, put the marinated fish pieces on it, and then coat both sides of the fish pieces with the coating juice mixed in the second step;
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minute, then turn it over, coat it with a layer of juice, and bake for 5- 10 minute. Because the fish pieces are very thin, they don't need to be roasted for too long, otherwise they will taste like firewood.
