① It was not successful at first because I put too much bacterial powder. 1000ml was paired with one gram of bacterial powder. I poured a whole gram in (250ml cup). The resulting yogurt was very sour and very thin. .
② The second time I put half of it (because I couldn’t control the amount and couldn’t divide it into a quarter), and clamped the remaining bacteria powder with a clip and put it away. The effect was okay, better than before. .
③Can the remaining bacteria powder be used? I searched again on Baidu, and it said that it would be better to use it all at once. I thought it was a bit wasteful. I had opened the bacteria powder for two or three days, and then I thought about whether it could be successful. The final answer was that it could be done.
