Steps for braised soybean pig's trotters

Bring fresh pig's trotters to a boil in a pot of cold water over high heat.

Transfer the boiled pig's trotters with the pot to the sink and rinse with cold water to remove the blood, water, impurities, and hair.

Clean the pig's feet and soak the soybeans.

Heat a pan with 50 grams of oil, add the chopped spices and sauté to bring out the flavor.

Pour in the pig's feet and add soy sauce, wine, salt, sugar, chicken vinegar and stir fry evenly.

Add boiling water not over the pig's trotters, when the water boils, pour in soybeans, continue to boil over high heat.

Tips
The soybeans need to be soaked in advance, soybeans and pig's trotters are less easy to cook, to simmer slowly over low heat, never be in a hurry
