Materials:
- Hawthorn 30g
- Cardamom 10g
- Black Tea 5g
Practice:
1.Wash and dry hawthorn and cardamom and set aside.
2. Put hawthorn and cardamom into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
3. Turn off the heat, add black tea, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Sieve the tea broth and drink it warm.
