Pudding
For example:
Main ingredients: 10 grams of edible gelatin powder, 3 tablespoons of water (for edible gelatin), 1 mango (canned) , 5 portions, 5 tablespoons of milk, 1 egg, 2 cups of water, 60 grams of refined sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh cream, 2 teaspoons of water (for custard powder).
Method
Sprinkle edible gelatin powder into appropriate amount of water and stir until dissolved.
1. Squeeze the juice from half of the mango, dissolve it with the milk, and filter it with a universal filter.
2. Cut the remaining pulp into 1 cm square pieces.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir until foam appears.
4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, add refined sugar and cook until it melts, then turn off the heat, add edible gelatin, stir and dissolve until the temperature becomes warm.
Add fresh cream to 5 and 4 and mix well, filter with a universal filter, add 3, then add milk custard powder dissolved in appropriate amount of water and mix well.
6. Add 1 and 2 and stir.
7. Pour 6 into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
