How to make beef cubes and seafood mushrooms?
First cut the beef cubes into small pieces and decide the size yourself.
After cutting the beef cubes, add salt, sugar and rice wine (I personally think rice wine is more fragrant than cooking wine), marinate with light soy sauce, ginger slices and a little dark soy sauce for about 10 minutes
