2. Mix sugar, milk powder, glutinous rice flour and sweet potato flour evenly.
3. Boil the water and pour it into the mixed noodles while stirring. The sweet potato noodles are not sticky and can be kneaded into a ball with boiling water.
4. Divide the kneaded dough into appropriate equal parts, knead it into a ball and press a small hole at the bottom with your thumb, or knead it into a favorite shape.
