working methods
Soften the butter, add the powdered sugar and stir gently until the butter becomes lighter in color and larger in volume.
Protein is added for many times, and the mixture is stirred and mixed until it is uniform and free of particles.
Divide the mixture into two parts, sieve into low flour, green dough into matcha powder, and knead into smooth dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.
Pull the dough of two colors into small dough of 4-5g, and roll them into strips respectively.
Twist them together as shown in the picture, and then rub them long.

Prepare the remaining dough as usual, preheat the oven to 150℃ and bake for 15 minutes.
