Take out the softened gelatin tablets and drain the water on them, then put them in light cream and heat them to melt. After they are completely melted, we can take out the cream and put it aside to cool down naturally. Clean some strawberries, freeze them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then put them in a cooking machine, add appropriate amount of cream and sugar, and use the cooking machine to directly mash them. Put the melted gelatin cream into the cooking machine, start the cooking machine for about 5 seconds, and then shake the two liquids evenly.
Then pour all this Mu Si paste into the mold prepared in advance, and put it into the freezer with the mold. It will take about 4 hours to finalize the design successfully. After shaping, we can make some shapes ourselves, for example, we can make a simple wave-point shape, directly use the fruit ball digger, cut out some spherical shapes at the edge, and then continue to put them in the freezer.
Next, we beat all the prepared strawberries into strawberry juice with a cooking machine, filter them with a strainer, put the filtered strawberry juice into a small milk pot, add white sugar, and heat it to 60 degrees with low fire. Continue to prepare some gelatin tablets, soak them in ice water until soft, then put them directly into strawberry juice, pour them directly on the solidified mousse after stirring and melting, and then continue to put them in the freezer. After three hours, they can be successfully shaped. After setting, tear off the plastic wrap at the bottom of the mold, and then demould it, so that the strawberry cake in Mu Si is finished.
