Simple banana cake?
Press bananas into mud and put them into a large basin with eggs, condensed milk, sugar and vegetable oil.
Stir them into a paste
Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder, and mix well with the mixed banana paste (stop until the flour is dry, and don't stir in circles, stir in the same posture as cooking. )
Pour the batter into a non-stick mold, put it into a preheated 170 degree oven, and bake it in the middle layer for 35 minutes.

Tips
1, vegetable oil choose tasteless, such as corn oil and sunflower seed oil. Do not use peanut oil and olive oil. ?
2. Baked with 15cm×7.7cm×7.7cm toast mold, which is half the size of 450g toast mold.
