7.? Continue fermentation. At this time, the smell of wine is already very strong, so I forgot to mention it before flushing my nose. After fermentation, open the bottle cap and breathe every two days, just for a few seconds. Because there is alcohol in it, I'm afraid it will explode.
8.? Continue to produce bubbles, indicating that it is still fermenting! You can drink it in about two weeks!
