Home-cooked practice of stewing beans
The common practice of stewed beans is to cut pork belly into pieces, wash and drain the beans, and put oil in the pot. Add drained beans, stir-fry until fragrant, take out for later use, put oil and pork belly in the pot, stir-fry pork belly until golden brown on both sides, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and then add a little bean paste, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Add water to the fire, then add the right amount of soy sauce and pepper powder, add the beans, cover the pot, stew for about 40 minutes, and then take out the pot. The stewed beans made in this way are very delicious.
