Practice steps

Making soybean flour: washed soybeans do not need to be soaked. Stir-fry in a water-free and oil-free pot for 20 minutes, being careful not to burn it. Stir-fry until black spots appear on the soybeans, and you can hear the beans beating in the pot. After the fried soybeans are cooled, pour them into a cooking machine and beat them into bean powder. Sieve the beaten soybean powder and put it in a container for later use.

Making red bean paste: Wash red beans, add water and cook in an electric pressure cooker. After cooking, crush the red beans with a blender or directly crush them with a spoon. Stir-fry the mashed red bean paste in a non-stick pan over low heat. Put the oil first, and then put the sugar several times. You can put it away after frying.

Making cakes: Soak glutinous rice overnight and steam it on a steamer. Or don't soak it, steam it directly with a rice cooker and appropriate amount of water. Mash the steamed glutinous rice, break it up in the pot with a wooden stick, then pour it out while it is hot, put it on the chopping board, and beat it with a wooden stick until it is thick and ready to smoke.

The last step: prepare a bowl of mineral water, fully wet your hands, knead a small piece of cake with your hands, and fully wet it with mineral water to avoid sticking your hands. Press the cake into long strips in your hand, put the bean paste on it, then roll it up and dip it in enough bean flour to make the cake.
