How to make pumpkin steamed buns
1.peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces, sprinkle some water and microwave on high for 10 minutes until the pumpkin is soft
2. Use a spoon to press the pumpkin into a puree and pour it into the flour, add the yeast to the flour after melting it with water
3. Add all the ingredients and mix them well
4. Knead the dough into a smooth dough (light on the surface, light on the basin, light on the hands)
5. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let the dough ferment at room temperature until it is 2-2.5 times its size
6.
6. Exhaust the fermented dough and knead it well, cut it into 10 equal pieces (if there are bubbles in the cut, it means it is not kneaded well, and if the cut is smooth, it is good)
7. Shape the dough and knead it round, put a damp cloth on the steamer basket or brush a layer of oil to prevent it from sticking
8. Put a moderate amount of cool water into a steamer pot, place the buns into the pot and cover the pot with lid and let them relax for 20 minutes
9. p>9. At the end of the relaxation, turn on the heat, steam and then turn to medium-high heat to steam for about 17 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes without removing the lid (the whole process of steaming for about 20 minutes)
