Steps
1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: lotus root slices 200g, carrots 50g, bitter gourd 100g, green onion and ginger.
2. Cut bitter melon, carrot, green onion and ginger and set aside.
3. Blanch the lotus root slices in hot water, fish out and spare.
4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger. Add carrot slices and stir-fry until raw.
5. Add bitter melon slices and stir-fry until raw.
6. Add lotus root slices and stir fry evenly, add salt and sugar to taste.
7. Add monosodium glutamate for freshness.
Pour in the water starch to thicken the gravy.
8. When the gravy paste, out of the pan on the plate.
