Practice:
1. Wash the impurities on the surface of pig large intestine with salt and starch, and wash it several times.
2. After boiling water, pick up the pig's large intestine for two minutes and shower it with cold water.
3. Cut along the intestinal wall of the pig's large intestine, and don't cut it in half. Clean up the fat oil inside, and then wash it with cooking wine several times to remove the odor of pig intestines.
4. Cut the cleaned pig large intestine into small pieces. Wash garlic and celery and cut into sections for later use.
5. Stir-fry ginger in a hot oil pan, pour it into the pig's large intestine and stir fry, add a teaspoon of cooking wine and salt, stir fry for a while and then add oyster sauce, stir fry the bean paste until the pig's large intestine is golden yellow, then pour in garlic white, if it is too dry, add some water, and finally add garlic leaves, celery, soy sauce and oil and stir fry for one minute to serve.
