In recent years, great changes have taken place in China's dietary structure, dietary behavior, food processing methods, etc. In order to understand the nutritional dietary level of kindergarten children in the jurisdiction, it is necessary to make a targeted meal for kindergarten children.

Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the total protein intake and reasonably increase the intake of high-quality protein and fruits and vegetables.

3.4 The health, growth and development of children depend on the supply of sufficient nutrients. The results of this nutrition survey show that there are still general problems in the nutritional structure of kindergartens. The guidance of health care institutions to kindergartens should be in-depth and specific, and the professional knowledge and skills training of kindergarten health care teachers and canteen operators should be strengthened. 2, external environmental factors.

The evaluation of teachers and parents will affect children's eating mood, and the quality of eating mood can greatly affect children's eating.

Children's snacks at home never leave their mouths. Or eat breakfast at home and then come to kindergarten, which disrupts the normal eating rules and is not conducive to the development of good eating habits.
