On May 29th, 20XX, the China Association for the Promotion of Children's Culture and Art, Mother and Child Health magazine and Natural Treasure, an American professional dietary supplement brand, jointly released the 20 13 Report on the Nutrition and Health of Children in China (hereinafter referred to as the Report) in the lecture hall of the Science Palace of China Children's Activity Center. Fan Chongdi, president of China Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association, Liu Yujie, executive publisher of Mother and Child Health magazine, and Ye Chuangwei, vice president of marketing of Nuotianyuan (China) Trading Co., Ltd. attended the conference and delivered speeches. Teng Bing, the host of Beijing Radio's well-known maternal and child program Baby Plan, presided over the event.
Report on the Survey of Children's Dietary Nutrition and Health in China was released.
According to Wang Xufeng, secretary-general of Beijing Nutritionist Club, the report analyzes the nutritional and health status of children in three stages: pre-kindergarten (2-3 years old), preschool (4-5 years old) and primary school (6-12 years old), and draws more than 3,000 qualified samples from more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The survey covers
The survey results show that "the immunity is poor and it is easy to get sick; Loss of appetite, picky eaters and partial eclipse; Calcium supplementation and height and weight not up to standard are the main health concerns of parents aged 2-3. 25%-30% children aged 4-5 can't guarantee "having breakfast every day". Children and adolescents aged 6~ 12 need to pay attention to their sleep. In addition, it is a common phenomenon that children are picky eaters, and most parents have an objective and open attitude towards nutritional products. The safety of nutritional products is their primary concern.
Nuotianyuan (China) Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NBTY, a global dietary supplement company in China, attended the meeting and delivered a speech as a sponsor of the event and also as a representative of the enterprise of infant nutrition. Mr. Ye Chuangwei, the vice president of the company's marketing, bluntly said, "In recent years, problems about food safety have frequently exploded. If nutritious food enterprises do not strictly control the quality, I think it will have adverse effects on both adults and children." Mr. Ye said that it is the unshirkable responsibility of enterprises to pay attention to the nutrition and health of children in China. The problem of infant nutrition in China has a long history, so we must pay more attention to it and take active actions. In the aspect of infant nutrition and health, scientific research institutions, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, media and enterprises perform their respective duties and earnestly fulfill their responsibilities. Only in this way can we create a safe, healthy and scientific eating environment and conditions for children in China and improve their health level.
It is understood that in October 20 12 10, under the guidance of Soong Ching Ling Foundation of China, Nuotianyuan (China) established the "Treasure of Nature Care for Children Fund" to effectively promote the development of children's nutrition and health in China. In the same year, we started to donate "children's multi-dimensional soft candy" to preschool children in poverty-stricken areas such as the western region and the old revolutionary base areas. By March 20 1 1 nearly 1,000 kindergartens in cities and counties had been donated.
After the survey report was released, Li Pu, a senior health management consultant of Beijing New Century Infant Hospital, immediately delivered a keynote speech on "Children's Dietary Nutrition Balance". Subsequently, zhangqian, an associate researcher in the Student Nutrition Room of the Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, made an in-depth discussion on "Analysis, views and suggestions on the current situation of children's nutrition and health in China".
Fan Chongdi, president of China Children's Promotion Association, pointed out that China is a nation with a large population, and there are great differences in living conditions and eating habits between regions. According to the above differences, the investigation report on children's nutrition in China will provide a reference for scientists, educators, schools and parents to make a proper dietary nutrition plan for children.
"The improvement of children's nutrition and health requires the cooperation of the government and all walks of life to carry out nutrition science popularization and establish a knowledge promotion platform; Regularly carry out infant nutrition surveys and constantly change the survey and analysis methods to obtain more accurate information; Help parents and related people to better guide children to develop healthy living and eating habits from an early age, and provide scientific and objective basis for scientific diet and nutritional supplement; It is necessary to improve the industry supervision mechanism to provide a safe food environment for young children. "
Investigation report on dietary nutrition and health II
1. 1 Kindergarten Dietary Survey and Nutritional Assessment Preschool children are at a critical stage of growth and development, and their nutritional dietary status is of great significance in ensuring children's physical and mental development, preventing diseases and long-term health. In recent years, great changes have taken place in China's dietary structure, dietary behavior, food processing methods, etc. In order to understand the nutritional dietary level of kindergarten children in the jurisdiction, it is necessary to make a targeted meal for kindergarten children.
1.2 food guidance work, and made a dietary survey in 3 kindergartens within the jurisdiction.
2. 1 intake of main nutrients
According to the analysis of management and nutrition, the average daily intake of various foods per person is calculated, and the supply of main nutrients is shown in table 1.
The internal data are "China Food Composition Table 2002" and "Reference Intake of Dietary Nutrients for China Residents" issued by China Nutrition Society.
It can be seen that there are calories, protein and iron whose nutrient intake reaches or exceeds ROA. In the intake of trace elements and vitamins, calcium, zinc, retinol, VB 1 and VB2 are all deficient in different degrees, especially iron. There is no significant difference in the per capita intake level of major nutrients between urban and rural areas, and between public and private kindergartens.
2.2 Nutrient heating situation
Judging from the nutrient heating situation, the proportion of fat and sugar in the three nutrients is within the normal range, and the heating in protein obviously exceeds the recommended proportion.
2.3 Food sources
3 discussion
3. 1 This nutrition survey shows that all three kindergartens can manage their children's diets by taking recipes, and the dietary nutrition level can basically meet the needs of preschool children's growth and development, and the problems of lack of calories and protein have been basically solved. There is no significant difference in kindergarten dietary level between urban and rural areas and between the nature of running schools. Facts show that the recipe with quantity is an effective means to manage nutritious meals in kindergartens. The main problems of dietary nutrition in this area are as follows: trace elements. Vitamin deficiency and high supply ratio in protein.
3.2 The lack of trace elements seriously endangers children's health and causes mental damage. Insufficient intake of iron and zinc, as a long-standing nutritional problem, is still widespread in this survey. The intake of iron in both kindergartens is lower than the recommended amount, which is 36.38% and 35.29% respectively. Zinc intake was deficient in 34 1 child in 3 kindergartens, accounting for 23.66% of the investigated population. Lack of vitamins often endangers the immune system. Not in the units under investigation
The deficiency of retinol, Vb 1 and Vb2 appeared in the same degree. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to certify and correct this nutritional deficiency.
3.3 The high supply ratio and insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables in protein are the new trends in this survey. On the one hand, it shows that the living standards in the region have improved-"there are more meat dishes"; On the one hand, the dietary nutrition structure of kindergartens is still unreasonable. The nutritional value of food protein depends to a great extent on the number and proportion of eight essential amino acids contained in food. Only when the number and proportion are close to the needs of human body can we synthesize human tissue protein. Otherwise, it will affect the utilization of food protein. When protein heat supply is too high, it will affect the normal function of protein, cause protein consumption, and affect the nitrogen balance in the body. In addition, high-protein diet is closely related to hypertension, obesity and cardiovascular diseases in young children. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the total protein intake and reasonably increase the intake of high-quality protein and fruits and vegetables.
3.4 The health, growth and development of children depend on the supply of sufficient nutrients. The results of this nutrition survey show that there are still general problems in the nutritional structure of kindergartens. The guidance of health care institutions to kindergartens should be in-depth and specific, and the professional knowledge and skills training of kindergarten health care teachers and canteen operators should be strengthened. Health care teachers, in particular, are the makers of quantitative recipes, and the level of quantitative recipes determines the basic level of kindergarten meals. The importance of canteen operators should be re-recognized. They are the implementers of measured recipes and are responsible for food procurement, quality control and specific processing. Its professional level is closely related to the level of dietary nutrition. We are going to gradually introduce the concept of nutritionist into kindergartens, and regularly carry out nutrition investigation and training in kindergartens, so as to truly achieve accurate recipes, comprehensive, balanced and appropriate dietary nutrition structure.
Investigation report on dietary nutrition and health 3
First, the purpose of the investigation:
Children in the growth and development stage have a wide demand for nutrition. The living conditions of modern families are getting better and better, so there should be no nutritional problems. However, in fact, due to many parents' indulgence to their children, children are willfully spoiled, eating and playing, picky, partial eclipse and other bad eating habits. Therefore, how to make children develop good eating habits has become a topic that we have been paying attention to. By observing and analyzing the eating habits of children in the class, and getting in touch with parents, we can find out how to cultivate children to develop good eating habits.
II. Time, place, object and method of investigation:
1. Investigation time: May 20 12 14 ~ June 8.
(2) Investigation place: Xiaohonghua Kindergarten
(3) Respondents: University students.
(4) Investigation methods: observation method and interview method.
Third, the survey results and analysis:
(a), the survey results:
During my internship in Kunming No.1 Kindergarten for Teachers and Staff, I observed the eating habits of children in my freshman class who took a full-time break during class dining, and made the following statistics on the bad eating habits with high frequency:
1, picky eaters, partial eclipse 9 people
2. Talk at dinner 12 people
3. Seven people have a meal time of more than 30 minutes.
4, soup food 5 people
5. Three people forgot to wash their hands before meals and did not wipe their mouths after meals.
6. Food spilled on the table 10 people
7, eating depressed 3 people
(2) Cause analysis:
Judging from the survey results, the phenomenon of children's bad eating habits is more serious. Through investigation, I found that there are several reasons for the formation of children's bad eating habits:
1, family factors
Bad eating habits, such as picky eaters and partial eclipse, occur more at home than in kindergartens. Because of parents' excessive pampering, children nowadays are the darling of parents, and parents are always obedient to their children, which encourages the development of children's bad eating habits.
Some parents lack corresponding experience, or because they are busy with work, their eating attitudes and habits are incorrect, setting a bad example for their children.
2, external environmental factors.
The evaluation of teachers and parents will affect children's eating mood, and the quality of eating mood can greatly affect children's eating.
Children's snacks at home never leave their mouths. Or eat breakfast at home and then come to kindergarten, which disrupts the normal eating rules and is not conducive to the development of good eating habits.
Children like to imitate, and the speed of peers' picky eating or speed will affect the surrounding children. In addition, peer relationship will also affect eating, such as conflicts between peers, leading to depression and poor appetite.
3, physical factors.
Children in large classes are changing their teeth, and they will have poor appetite during tooth changing; Physical condition and illness can also affect diet.
Five, how to cultivate children's good eating habits.
(A reasonable organization, so that children have a good dining mood.
1 Treat children with different appetite correctly.
According to the characteristics of children in each class, treat children with different appetite correctly. When eating, children who are sick and have poor appetite should be provided with delicious meals, and they should not be forced to eat all the food. If the children don't eat much for a long time, but their mental state is good, they should respect their own wishes and eat as much as they can.
2, home * * * education, control snacks
