Why does the oven not heat up when I put something in it without preheating it?

Why is the oven not hot?

1. Check whether the power supply is good, including whether there is electricity, whether the wires are damaged, and if there is a switch on the oven, whether it is turned on.

2. If there is no problem with the above, it is possible that the heating tube is broken.

The inspection process is as follows

1. Insurance;

2. Whether the socket has power;

3. Whether there is any problem with the plug and wiring ;

4. Whether the heating wire is damaged.

5. Is the electric oven switch damaged?

Solution

First, check whether the timer is turned on. The machine is usually powered on through timing control.

If the temperature adjustment is operating normally, the timing is turned on, and the power indicator light is on, but the heating tube does not heat, it may be that the circuit connecting the heating tube has fallen off. This situation can also be solved by yourself.

Open the top cover and look at the power cables on both sides of the heating tube. It is generally a socket type. If it falls off, just plug it in. If it burns out, you need to replace it. Please contact after-sales service.

It is also possible that there is a problem with the thermostat, causing the power supply to fail to connect. In this case, please contact after-sales service to replace the thermostat.

Is it normal that the box will heat up when the oven is working?

Normally, the outer wall of the box will heat up.

1. There are two heating tubes on the top and bottom of the electric oven. Some also install one on each side, which will dissipate heat through the box.

2. The box of the electric oven is made of thin steel plates, and the front end is made of high-temperature tempered glass, which cannot achieve heat insulation.

3. The back side of the box is generally not sealed and is used to distribute baking smoke and heat.

Therefore, the outer wall of the electric oven is completely heated, but it does not reach the level of burns.
