Watermelon Cookies Steps

1.? Weigh all the ingredients into portions and cut the butter into small pieces.

6.? Divide the dough into three parts, one part add matcha powder to make watermelon rind, one part plain to make melon flesh, and one part add black sesame seeds and red currant powder to make melon flesh, leave some extra for the one with melon flesh.

7. Knead the dough well and cover with plastic wrap.

10. Wrap the green dough in the same way and place it in the freezer again for half an hour.
