Steps
1. Weigh out 200g of flour and set aside.
2. Add 90g of sugar to 15g of flour and mix well to make a sweet filling.
3. Take a large pot and add 300g of water and 10ml of olive oil and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
4. Then add 200g of flour slowly into the boiling water.
5. Stir while adding the flour until the dough does not stick to your hands and turn off the heat.
6. Remove the scalded dough and let it cool a little, then add a little baking powder and knead it into a smooth dough.
7. Divide the dough into 50g pieces and roll them out.
8. Take a portion of the dough, flatten it out, and wrap it in a spoonful of sugar.
9. Then seal the dough, pinch it tightly and flatten it.
10. Press the dough flat with the seal facing downwards to form a small cake.
11. Brush the bottom of the plate with oil and put the cake into the pan, then brush the top with oil.
12. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.
13. Heat the oil in a pan to 50 percent, add the sugar cookies, and fry slowly over medium heat until done.
14. Fry until the outside of the cake is golden brown, then pull out and control the oil.
15. Serve while hot, the flowing sugar water is especially delicious.
