Milk Skimming Process
1. The first step in the production process is pasteurization, i.e. heating the milk to a high temperature in order to destroy bacteria and make it safe for consumption.

2. The fat is removed from the milk by centrifugation to obtain skimmed milk.

3. The skimmed milk is then subjected to a vacuum evaporation process in which most of the water in the milk is removed.
