1. Cut the pineapple into four parts evenly along the long axis. Use a knife to separate the skin and meat from one part close to the skin.
2. Remove the hard core from the separated pineapple. If you are afraid of trouble, don’t remove the hard core. Leave it for the guests to nibble on! (The photo is a bit blurry, so let’s just take a look!). Cut the pineapple into slices and put the cut pineapple back into the original pineapple shell. Now you start to shape the pineapple: one piece on the left and one on the right, just stagger them!?
