1. Rinse dried Fructus Crataegi, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Mume Fructus, and dried Osmanthus fragrans with water, put them in a casserole together with crystal sugar, and soak them in 1500ml water (about six bowls of water in a common household rice bowl) for about 30 minutes;
