First, millet pumpkin porridge:
Ingredients: millet 100g, pumpkin 300g.
Exercise:
1. Peel and cut the pumpkin, steam in a steamer until soft and glutinous, and wash the millet for later use;
2. Prepare a proper amount of clean water, pour it into the pot, cook with millet fire for 10 minute, and then cook with low fire for 20 minutes;
Pumpkins can be mashed or diced as you like. Add it to millet porridge and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir them from time to time to avoid sticking to the pan.
Second, glutinous jujube warm stomach porridge:
Raw materials: fresh mutton 200g, Astragalus membranaceus10g, glutinous rice10g, jujube10g and ginger 5g.
Practice: Cook the mutton, cut into pieces, add Astragalus membranaceus, glutinous rice, jujube (cut into pieces) and ginger to cook porridge, and add proper amount of refined salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper after the porridge is cooked.
