Ice cream powder 50g
Milk 130g

Weigh out the milk

Pour in the ice cream powder

Milk flavored one is used here

Beat it well with whisks and do not whip it. Just mix well. Let it sit for about 15 minutes

After it's done sitting, beat it with a whisk. Five minutes or so. Medium-high speed.

Place in the freezer. Take it out every 60 minutes or so and stir it 3 times or so. It's okay if you don't stir. The texture will be a little bit worse and there will be ice residue. Stirring is recommended

Continue to freeze for another six hours, and you're ready to eat
