perfect

Life needs a little sense of ceremony,

Some beautiful flowers and delicious dessert.

Happiness is that simple.

I love you today.

Many fairies used to bring a box of perfect at the airport when they came back from a trip to Japan. It seems that perfection has become the endorsement of Japanese chocolate!

Is it chocolate or not? Tell everyone a little.

What is perfection?

Perfect chocolate is also called raw chocolate. Because it is made of cocoa powder, cream and other auxiliary materials through a certain processing technology, it is called perfect chocolate compared with the chocolate that we usually eat without mixing and heating (also called cooked chocolate). "Raw" is used to describe fresh or unprocessed food. So perfection refers to fresh chocolate with short shelf life.

The perfect practice is similar to the French "Ganache", which includes cream, butter, milk, alcohol and so on. Is added to melted chocolate to enrich its flavor. Wrap Ganesh in cocoa powder, that is truffle chocolate. (Incidentally, people in Taiwan Province Province call whipped cream, and butter refers to butter butter, which is called in different places. )

Adding a variety of oils is very popular in Japan because it is softer and smoother than chocolate itself. But I haven't practiced for a long time and need to eat as soon as possible.

What's the difference between perfect chocolate and traditional chocolate?

Traditional chocolate

Making: Ordinary chocolate has low water content, high melting point and hard taste due to the need of transportation and preservation. However, the use of rich chocolate paste, fresh cream and other raw materials that can improve the taste of cocoa increases the smooth and fragrant taste, but the shelf life is not long, usually only one month.

In taste: Perfect is very different from the chocolate we usually eat. First of all, perfection is not as hard as ordinary chocolate, but as soft and smooth as cheesecake.

Secondly, there is usually a layer of cocoa powder on the outer layer of Jojo. The unique rich and bitter taste of cocoa powder is matched with the unique sweetness of Jojo. It is smooth and sweet, melts in the mouth, and tastes very delicious, which is completely different from the chocolate we usually eat.

In fact, the perfect exercise is relatively simple. It is not easy to fail if you follow the following tutorial, is it? Valentine's day, send it up quickly!

Ingeniously cut different flavors and put them on delicate plates, and you can't bear to eat them in an instant. .....

When finished, put it in the refrigerator for freezing. Eat it in 3 days, it tastes best!

Tips:

1, the water for melting chocolate should not be too hot, otherwise the chocolate will separate from the oil. The water temperature I use is about 70 degrees Celsius.

Matcha tastes perfect, fresh and moving, and dark chocolate tastes perfect, deep and elegant. Pick up the phone and take a photo first!

Bite down, the soft and silky touch fills the mouth, but it is not greasy at all. Coupled with the rich and bitter cocoa powder or matcha powder, it is simply fascinating.

After eating, the delicate and long aftertaste still lingers for a long time, enough to make me feel My Sweetie all day ~
