Exercise:
1. Peel the squid and cut off the irregular edges around it.
2. Draw a parallel knife line (or inclined knife) on it, and the depth is 3/4 of the meat thickness.
3. When rotating 90 degrees, cut out parallel cutter lines in each time, and then cut into blocks 5 meters long and 3 meters wide.
Boil in boiling water, take out cold water and wash it, then you can fry the squid.
