Chili chicken wings
Cut the chicken wings in half, grab the thirteen spices/cooking wine/light oil/starch evenly, stir-fry the dried Chili/Zanthoxylum bungeanum/Hangjiao and chicken wings until both sides are brown, stir-fry the Zanthoxylum bungeanum/dried Chili until fragrant, and add the chicken wings to stir-fry evenly.
2. Home version of crock soup
Rub the meat foam out of the bowl, beat in an egg, add mushrooms/shrimps, add a little black pepper/chicken essence to taste, add boiling water and steam for 30 minutes.
