120ml milk, 240g mango pulp, 80ml whipped cream, 50g sugar, 5g gelatin tablets (1 tablet).
Exercise:
1. Gelatine tablets are softened with ice water;
2. Peel the mango to get the pulp, cut it into pieces and put it into a blender;
3. Beat into mango paste for use;
4. Pour the milk and sugar into a small milk pot and heat over low heat until the sugar melts;
5. Add whipped cream and stir well;
6. Add soft bright film and continue to heat with low fire;
7. After the gelatin tablets are completely dissolved, turn off the fire and continue to stir and cool down;
8. Pour the cooled 1/3 milk into the mango puree and stir it evenly with a rubber scraper;
9. Pour the evenly stirred mango puree into the remaining milk and stir evenly;
10, put it in a small cup, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
